Yes I am officially getting old, I am now in my 'late' twenties on the slippery slope to 30. Hehe, I know a number of people who are much older than me that inspire me. People that are still who they allways were, just with a few grey hairs. I won't name them, but they shame my sluggish energy levels. Had a nice roast chicken dinner at my folks which was lovely
