Too Many Favourites?
Is it possible for you to have too many favourites?
I try not to fav everything cool like a maniac, but I have works near permanently in my devwatch that whilst cool I can't bring myself to fav. There are a few reasons why; I may have already fav'd a work by that person, I feel I have fav'd too many recently or embarrassment. Embarrassment is an interesting one, partially because it would reveal that I am maybe not as pure as I would like to be or that I wouldn't want to embarrass the other people who I have fav'd.
Maybe I should be more up front about what I like. I mean I am a heterosexual male, I don't just think of women as 'things', but I do like the female form in many shapes and sizes. I guess it is understandable that I might like artwork that is both great on a skill and concept level, but also have some sort of sexual interest.
Also I like to fav friends works, that I feel are genuinely great. A lot of these great works get swamped by professional artists/photographers/etc. and they don't get to see the lime light they deserve. So it is nice to give them space to shine.
So should I be more daring? and would it be offencive to the ladies reading this to have more overblown renditions of female beauty featured?
