Well here it is, my new mota, the Ford Puma. So far I am loving it, as the kids say.
It is a wee bit more sporty and luxurious. The fuel economy works out the same as my old Ka. I am currently purchasing bits and bobs for it, like mats and an extra key.
It was Top Gear car of the Year 1997
The hifi is good as it has line in, the speakers are ‘acceptable’ rather than great. They really lack punch.
I am cuurently selling the Ka on ebay, so hopefully I will be down to one car soon.
Will miss the old thing, but the Puma is cut from the same stock and so is good fun to drive.

So when comes the speaker upgrade? With a bit of careful modification and the loss of your back seat, the amp from Back to the Future might just slot in fine…
The best amps turn up al the way to 11…

I had thought about some new speakers, but I would want them completely stealthy and hidden.
I currently have my Sony HeadUnit set to Galaxy which really improves the bass, but it really stretches the speakers.
No hannes Puma manual

The Puma’s based on the fiesta, so get the fiesta Haynes. Might help with basic stuff?
I think you need to get a BIG base speaker that fills the entire boot – it’ll fit in perfectly along Kirkcaldy prom on a Friday night ;-)

Well it looks like you’ve done the right thing by joining my website..lol A lovely example of Medium Steel Blue Puma.
As Mrs Gerbil said, it’s nearly a Zetec S Fiesta
